Charles Restrepo, Esq., (Member of the Florida Bar)

Charles RestrepoCharles Restrepo was born in New York, New York, on July 30, 1962. He attended Florida State University where he received a Bachelor of Finance degree in 1984. He continued at the University of West Florida where he recieved his Masters Degree in Business Administration. Charles obtained his Doctorate in Law degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan were he was awarded a full tuition scholarship. At graduation in 1988 he received several awards for the Most Distinguished Student Award, graduated Cum Laude and was ranked second in his class. Following graduation from law school, Charles practiced for one year with a prominent South Florida firm, before he opened his own firm with its primary focus on Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate Law. Charles has extensive practice, experience and knoweldge in real estate matters which has been further complimented by simultaneously operating and managing a Title Company, Correspondent Mortgage Lender with 300+ brokers and a Real Estate Brokerage firm which have represent thousands of real estate related transactions. Charles is fluent in Spanish and is extensively involved in the firm's representation of investors from Europe and throughout Central and South America.

He is admitted to practice before all Florida courts. He is a member of the the Broward County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and The Florida Bar.
